Karen is a busy mum of four little kids on a career break from nursing children and babies to following one of her passions … breastfeeding.
She is looking forward to giving new parents the knowledge of all aspects of breastfeeding and encouraging them to achieve their goals. She has experience in assisting mothers with latching, positioning, establishing milk supply and overcoming barriers to breastfeeding.
Karen will give insight in her wonderfully kind and caring way, using a family centred approach, on what to do to help increase the chances of a successful breastfeeding journey. She will also highlight the health benefits for baby, mother and family as a whole on this exciting journey.
